Fatakra Screenings this Week: Seattle, DC, Tucson, and Portugal!
Another busy week for Fatakra -
Tasveer’s Seattle South Asian Film Festival – The festival with one of the coolest banners! Tasveer brings South Asian films to Seattle all weekend long. Fatakra will be playing on Saturday at 9pm with the feature Shuttlecock Boys.
Tucson Film & Music Festival – TFMF brings film and music to Tuscon this weekend. Fatakra will be playing on Saturday at 3pm. Also, check out SXSW audience favorite doc Kumare and Reena Dutt’s short film Sati.
DC Asia Pacific American Film Festival – Fatakra will be playing DC this Saturday at 4pm as part of the “Crossing Cultures” block of shorts. I’m making the bus trip to DC from New York, so I’ll be there all weekend. If you’re in the area, come by and see the film and let’s hang out!
UFrame – And finally, Fatakra makes its Portugal premiere at the UFrame Film Festival.
